What comes with your kit.
Usage, delivery and support information for all three Site Kits. Version 1.0 · 16 September 2026.
One kit. One website.
A paid kit licence permits use and modification for one named business or customer and one production website. Development, staging and backup copies for that website are included. You can move the same website to a different host or domain. A contractor can work on it for you. You own the content and branding you supply.
The underlying design is non-exclusive and remains Andreacchi Digital’s copyright. Do not resell, redistribute or publish the kit as a template, upload the delivery ZIP to a public repository, or reuse it for another business or client. Ordinary publication of the licensed website is allowed. Additional websites need additional licences.
A small footer credit.
Website files and Content setup include the line “Site Kit by Andreacchi Digital” in the footer. Visible credit removal costs $49 CAD per website, or is included in Setup & launch. The business controls its own branding and content.
Source copyright and licence notices stay in the files. There is no tracking or remote enforcement in the kits.
A direct file handoff.
After we confirm the order and receive payment, the files-only kit is delivered as a ZIP by email or private download link within two business days. It includes the editable website, local assets, START-HERE.html, CONTENT-CHECKLIST.txt and LICENCE-AND-SUPPORT.txt.
For Content setup and Setup & launch, we agree the scope, total price, applicable tax, supplied content and delivery date in writing before payment. The service prices include one kit licence. Domain, hosting and provider fees are separate. Extra pages, integrations and major layout changes need a separate quote.
30 days of product support.
Email info@andreacchi.digital within 30 days of delivery for access or delivery problems and reproducible defects in the unmodified kit. Include your order reference, browser, steps and a screenshot where useful. The initial reply target is two business days. A resolution time is not guaranteed.
Product support covers the supplied kit. It does not include installation, content entry, design changes, third-party tools, emergency response, calls, training or ongoing maintenance. Confirmed defects are corrected in the product; future versions and lifetime updates are not included.
Check the terms before payment.
Your enquiry is not an order. The written order confirmation sets out the kit or service, delivery arrangements and applicable cancellation/refund terms before you pay. Do not send payment until you have received and accepted that confirmation.
The existing Andreacchi Digital terms and cancellation/refund policy also explain how requests and service cancellations are handled. Contact info@andreacchi.digital promptly if a delivery is missing, damaged or different from the agreed order.
