Do I need a quote before paying?
No. If the published scope clearly fits, you can pay the $375 CAD deposit through Stripe. If you are unsure, request a quote first. Work starts only after the website and requested outcome are confirmed as a reasonable fit.
How are the three repairs chosen?
The current state and your desired outcome are reviewed, then the highest-value issues that fit the service are agreed in writing. Three unrelated large projects do not become one fixed-price Reset.
What if the site needs a rebuild?
You will be told. The Reset is not used to disguise a redesign or large application project. Useful stabilization work may still be identified, but it is not performed beyond scope.
Does the monthly maintenance pilot come with the Reset?
No. Reliability Care is separate and may be offered after a successful Reset when the site and operating model fit the limited pilot.
