Your website is worth keeping, but a few things need attention. I’ll review it, agree on up to three repairs, keep a way to undo the changes and check the result.

For an existing website with several small problems.
For example: a broken contact form, a page that looks wrong on a phone and a link that sends people to the wrong place. We confirm which repairs fit before work begins.
A smaller job may be enough. One agreed repair costs $275 CAD, for up to two hours.

Keep a way back
Create or check a backup or another practical way to undo changes, using the access and tools available.
Make up to three agreed repairs
Write down the problems to fix and what a finished repair should do. Larger or extra jobs need a separate quote.
Put the changes online
Publish the agreed changes carefully, keeping the previous version available where the website allows.
Check the result
Check each repair and the customer actions affected by the changes.
Leave useful notes
Explain what changed, what was checked, what still needs attention and the next steps.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any taxes, subscriptions or other company’s fees are confirmed before payment. Extra work needs your agreement.

Before you decide
How is this different from the $375 Health Check?
The Health Check is a review and a report; it does not include repairs. The Reset is a $750 repair package. Its $375 deposit is part of that $750 total, not a separate assessment fee. You do not have to buy a Health Check first.
Do I need a quote before paying the deposit?
Please send an enquiry first. We confirm the website, agreed repairs, price and availability before you pay the $375 deposit.
What counts as one repair?
One specific problem we agree in writing, with a clear result to check. Three large projects do not count as three small repairs.
What if my website needs rebuilding?
I’ll explain that before doing extra work. A rebuild has a separate price and needs your agreement.
Is monthly care included?
No. Website Care is a separate $249 CAD/month service, offered to suitable websites after a Reset. Availability and the work included must be confirmed first.
