What if the repair takes longer than two hours?
Work stops at the agreed limit. I’ll explain what I found and quote any extra work before you decide.
Can I send a list of several fixes?
You can send the list, but this service covers one agreed issue. A Website Reliability Reset may fit better when up to three focused repairs belong together.
Is this emergency support?
No. A site that is offline or has been hacked may need a different service or specialist help. Immediate or round-the-clock support is not included.
