Website repair · Toronto

Fix one website problem without opening a blank cheque.

A bounded repair for one clearly defined issue that can reasonably fit within two hours. The current state is protected first, the change is kept narrow, and the result is checked afterward.

A good fit when

The problem is visible and bounded.

This service is built for a specific defect, not a pile of unrelated requests. If the root cause or repair size is unclear, begin with the Health Check.

02

A page is visibly damaged

One layout, navigation, content, or mobile problem needs a focused correction rather than a redesign.

03

A prepared correction needs care

The intended change is known, but production should be protected, checked, and documented while it is applied.

Included

A controlled change with a clear stopping point.

  • Initial confirmation that the problem and likely repair fit this service.
  • A practical backup or recovery point before production changes.
  • Up to two hours of focused work on the one agreed issue.
  • A check that the intended result is live and the key path still works.
  • Short handoff notes describing what changed and any remaining concern.

Repair process

Protect, change, check, explain.

A small repair still deserves a recovery path and an understandable record.

  1. Define the defect

Confirm the page, expected behaviour, visible failure, and what will count as repaired.

  2. Confirm access

Identify the minimum access needed and a safe way to provide it after the service is agreed.

  3. Protect and repair

Create the appropriate recovery point, make the agreed change, and avoid unrelated edits.

  4. Verify and hand off

Check the repaired path, record the result, and explain anything that still needs attention.

Questions

Know the boundary first.

What if the repair takes longer than two hours?

The fixed scope stops. You receive an explanation of what was found and a separate option for additional work. No extra work is added silently.

Can I send a list of several fixes?

You can send the list, but this service covers one agreed issue. A Website Reliability Reset may fit better when up to three focused repairs belong together.

Is this emergency support?

No. Active outages, compromised sites, malware cleanup, and 24/7 incident response require a different scope and may not be accepted.

One problem, clearly described

Send the page and what should happen instead.

No polished ticket is required. Include the website URL, where the problem appears, and the result you expected. Do not include passwords.
