The website itself

The Andreacchi Digital website in this release is a static website. Its source does not include an analytics client, advertising tracker, customer account system, or marketing cookie. The website does not ask you to create an account.

Hosting and network providers may still create routine access, performance, error, or security logs when a website is requested. Those systems are outside the static page code described here.

The contact form

The contact page prepares an email draft on your device. The form does not silently submit its fields to an Andreacchi Digital database. When you use the button, your email application should open with the details filled in. You review the message and decide whether to send it.

If your mail application does not open, the page shows the prepared text so you can copy it. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, private keys, payment-card information, or sensitive customer data in an initial message.

Email correspondence

If you email Andreacchi Digital, your message is handled by the email services used by you and Andreacchi Digital. Correspondence may be kept as needed to reply, provide requested work, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, or protect systems. Avoid sending information that is not necessary for the request.

Stripe checkout and payment records

If you choose a paid service, the checkout page is hosted and processed by Stripe. Stripe collects the payment and contact information needed to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, provide receipts, and meet legal obligations. Andreacchi Digital receives transaction details and customer information made available through Stripe, but does not receive your full payment-card number.

Stripe’s handling of information is governed by its own privacy practices. You can review the Stripe Privacy Policy before paying.

Service access and project information

If a project needs non-public access, the required scope and a safer handoff method should be agreed after the initial contact. Access should be limited to what the approved task needs. Project evidence and handoff notes should avoid storing credentials.

Privacy principles

Andreacchi Digital aims to collect only information reasonably needed for the request, explain why it is needed, protect it with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity, and keep it only as long as there is a legitimate business or legal need. Changes to this note

This note should be updated when the website adds analytics, a server-side form, customer accounts, or another material data flow. The date at the top indicates the current version.
