Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any taxes, subscriptions or other company’s fees are confirmed before payment. Extra work needs your agreement.

Before you decide
Will you fully restore the live website as a test?
Not automatically. We agree on a suitable way to check the backup. I do not risk the live website simply to demonstrate a restore.
Does this recover a website that is already down?
This service sets up or checks a recovery option. Restoring a broken website is a different job; ask about Website Rescue.
Are storage and subscriptions included?
No. Any hosting, backup storage, paid tools or subscriptions are separate and agreed before purchase.
Is this ongoing backup monitoring?
No. It is a one-time service. Backups can fail later, so the notes identify useful follow-up checks. Ongoing care is separately agreed.
