Care is offered after a Reliability Reset, so we understand the website and have a starting record. The monthly agreement lists exactly what is checked, what work is included and how to contact me.

A person reviews important issues
I review important alerts and explain what needs attention. This is not a promise of an immediate or round-the-clock response.
One planned care session each month
Routine work within the monthly agreement. The tasks are confirmed in writing; changes and updates are not unlimited.
Notes you can understand
A short record of the care completed, important findings and anything you need to decide.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any taxes, subscriptions or other company’s fees are confirmed before payment. Extra work needs your agreement.

Send the address and the regular work you want help with. I’ll confirm suitability and availability.
- Complete the Reset
The separate $750 Reset reviews the website and completes up to three agreed repairs. Extra work needs its own quote.
- Agree on monthly care
We list the checks, the planned care session, access needs and communication arrangements.
- Keep track of the work
I review important issues and leave a clear record of completed care.
Before you decide
What does getting started cost?
The required Reset is $750 CAD: $375 to begin and $375 at delivery. Monthly care is a separate $249 CAD/month charge. Both depend on an agreed job and availability; neither includes unlimited work.
Can I skip the Reset?
This limited care service is offered after a Reset. It gives us a record of the website and any known problems before regular care begins.
Does $249 include all the changes I want?
No. It includes the agreed checks, review of important issues and one planned care session within the written agreement. Extra changes need a separate quote.
Will you respond immediately if the site goes down?
Immediate or 24-hour support is not included. Response arrangements are confirmed before you sign up.
Can you care for any website?
Send the website address and, if you know them, the website platform and hosting company. I’ll check whether the service can support it. A rebuild is not included.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes, Canadian projects can be considered. The work is handled remotely, usually by email.
