Cancellation & refund policy
A fair way to stop or change course.
This policy explains how deposits, completed work, unperformed work, and statutory cancellation rights are handled.
Last updated September 1, 2026
Before work begins
If you cancel before Andreacchi Digital has begun the agreed service or incurred an approved third-party cost, the amount paid will be refunded. If a proposed website or request is not a reasonable fit, Andreacchi Digital may decline the project and refund the amount paid.
After work begins
If you ask to cancel after work has begun, completed work and approved non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted from the amount paid. Any remaining unearned amount will be refunded with a written summary of what was completed. The aim is to charge for work actually performed, not to keep payment for work that will not be delivered.
Completed services
Once the agreed service has been completed and delivered, payment is generally not refundable merely because you change your mind. If you believe the delivery materially differs from the agreed scope, email the concern promptly. Andreacchi Digital will review the evidence and, where appropriate, correct the mismatch, provide a partial refund, or propose another fair remedy.
If Andreacchi Digital cancels
If Andreacchi Digital cannot reasonably complete the service, you will receive the usable work and records completed so far plus a refund of any unearned amount. Access should be removed or returned as appropriate.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment providers and may take several business days after the refund is issued.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit a cancellation, refund, or other remedy that applies under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act or another applicable law. Some internet agreements have specific disclosure, copy-delivery, and cancellation requirements. The current Ontario statute is available from the Government of Ontario.
