What is reviewed

The parts that make ownership feel safe—or fragile.

The review focuses on practical operational risks a small business can act on. It is not a penetration test, a redesign review, or a promise that every hidden defect will be discovered.

02

Domain & HTTPS behaviour

Public redirects, secure browsing behaviour, obvious certificate problems, and confusing domain paths that can undermine trust.

03

Mobile usability

Practical checks for layout, navigation, readability, and visible breakage on common narrow-screen conditions.

04

Reliability risks

Broken links, visible errors, fragile release habits, unclear ownership signals, and other problems that can be observed within scope.

05

Customer path

Whether a visitor can understand the offer, find the intended action, and complete the obvious contact path without needless friction.

06

Prioritized next steps

Findings are separated into urgent, useful, and lower-priority work so every imperfection does not become an emergency.

What you receive

A decision document, not a scare report.

The written findings explain what was reviewed, what could be confirmed, what remains uncertain, and what should happen next. When evidence helps, it is included. When a limitation matters, it is stated.

  • A plain-language overview of the website’s current reliability position.
  • Prioritized findings with a practical reason for each priority.
  • Clear separation between observed facts, reasonable concerns, and unknowns.
  • Recommended next steps that can be used with Andreacchi Digital or another provider.

How it works

Small enough to understand from the start.

The initial request can happen entirely by email. No discovery-call marathon and no sensitive credentials in a contact form.

  1. Send the URL

Share the website address, what feels wrong, and the outcome you want. Choose “Website Health Check” on the contact page.

  2. Confirm the fit

The site, scope, price, expected access, and delivery window are confirmed before payment or work.

  3. Review safely

The agreed public and, only if necessary, limited private checks are completed without changing production.

  4. Receive findings

You receive the written report and can decide what to repair now, later, or not at all.

Questions

Before you start.

If the site is actively down or compromised, say that in the first line. The Health Check is not sold as emergency response.

Does the $195 Health Check include repairs?

No. It is a read-only review with written findings. Any repair is quoted and approved separately so the first purchase stays clear.

What do I receive?

A plain-language summary of what was reviewed, prioritized findings, evidence where useful, known limitations, and recommended next steps.

Do you need administrator access?

Not automatically. Start with the public website and a description of the concern. If limited access would materially improve the review, that need and a safer handoff method are discussed after scope is confirmed.

Can I take the report to someone else?

Yes. The point is to make the website easier to understand and make the next decision less dependent on guesswork.

Ready when you are

Start with one website and one concern.

The intake page prepares an email in your own mail app. Nothing is silently submitted to a marketing system, and you will not be asked for a password.
