Do the pages load properly?
Look for slow or failed pages, missing images and visible errors. Record the conditions used for the checks.
Do links and website addresses work?
Check broken links, versions of the website address and visible security warnings that may interrupt a visit.
Can customers contact you, book or buy?
Review the agreed steps. Test messages, bookings or purchases happen only with your agreement; otherwise delivery or completion is marked “Not verified.”
Can people and search engines understand it?
Look for outdated text, unfinished pages, unclear page titles and obvious problems that prevent pages appearing in search. Rankings are not guaranteed.
What do we know about backups?
Review backup information only when you provide it or agree access. Creating backups and testing a restore are separate work.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any taxes, subscriptions or other company’s fees are confirmed before payment. Extra work needs your agreement.

We confirm which pages and actions to check, any access needed, the final amount and the report delivery date.
- Pay for the review
After we agree the details, I send the assessment payment link. The review does not change your website.
- Receive your report
Your five-part PDF arrives by email. Use it yourself or share it with another person who can do the work.
Before you decide
What is in the report?
Five sections: what I found, evidence such as screenshots, what to fix first, the pages and devices checked, and your notes and next steps. Any check I could not complete is clearly marked.
Does $375 include repairs?
No. It pays for the review and report. Repairs are optional and quoted separately.
Is this the same as the $375 Reset deposit?
No. This $375 is the full price of the Health Check. The Reset costs $750 for agreed repair work, paid as a $375 deposit and $375 at delivery. Buying a Health Check does not automatically reduce the Reset price. Any credit needs to be agreed in writing.
When will I get the report?
We agree the delivery date before you pay. The usual one-business-day reply is for your first message, not the completed report.
What if you find very few problems?
The report still explains what was checked and what could be confirmed. I do not invent problems or promise a minimum number of findings.
Do you need my login details?
Start with the public website address. If account access would help, we agree what is needed and how to share it safely. Do not send passwords in your first message.
Can someone else make the repairs?
Yes. The report is yours to keep and share. You do not have to buy further work from me.
