Agreement and service provider

Andreacchi Digital is an owner-operated website reliability and digital operations service based in Ontario, Canada. By approving a written scope or paying for a service, you agree to these terms, the published service description, and any project-specific terms confirmed in writing.

Scope comes first

Work is limited to the service and boundaries described on the applicable service page or in a written quote. The Website Reliability Reset includes a current-state review, a practical recovery point, up to three agreed repairs, verification, and handoff notes. A full redesign, unlimited revisions, penetration testing, emergency malware response, third-party fees, and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless separately agreed.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless noted otherwise. The Website Reliability Reset is $750 CAD: $375 to begin and $375 at delivery. The deposit is credited toward the total. Stripe processes online payments; Andreacchi Digital does not receive your full payment-card number.

Work begins only after the site and requested outcome are confirmed as a reasonable fit. Additional work is described and priced before it begins. There is no automatic subscription unless you separately choose and approve one.

Your authority and responsibilities

You confirm that you own the website or have authority to request the work. You are responsible for giving accurate information, identifying important customer paths, maintaining lawful content, and providing only the minimum access the approved task requires. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, or sensitive customer data by ordinary email.

Access, backups, and third parties

Andreacchi Digital will use reasonable care and aims to create or verify a practical recovery point before production changes. No backup, hosting platform, plugin, registrar, security control, or third-party service can be promised as failure-proof. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and availability.

Timing and communication

Estimated timing begins after the required access, content, and decisions are available. A delay caused by missing access, a third-party outage, or a material scope change may change the delivery date. Email is the normal project record and support channel.

Handoff and acceptance

Delivery normally includes written notes describing the work completed, verification performed, known limitations, and reasonable next steps. Please report a material mismatch with the agreed scope promptly so it can be reviewed. The remaining balance is due at delivery unless a written project agreement says otherwise.

No guaranteed business outcome

The work is intended to improve reliability and operational clarity. Andreacchi Digital does not promise a particular search ranking, sales result, conversion rate, uninterrupted uptime, or absolute security.

Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is limited to direct loss reasonably connected to the agreed service and will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This paragraph does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation, refunds, and statutory rights

The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing on this website removes consumer rights that apply under Ontario or other applicable law. Ontario’s current consumer-protection statute is available from the Government of Ontario.
