Owner-operated in Toronto

Andreacchi Digital is Josef Andreacchi’s small, direct practice for website reliability and digital operations. The method is simple: understand the current state, protect it, change only what is agreed, verify the outcome, and document the result.

The operating idea

Reliability is a way of working.

A website becomes fragile when nobody can confidently name the current version, the owner of a critical account, the recovery path, or the checks that prove a change worked.

The answer is not to make every small-business site enormous or complicated. It is to make the important state visible, keep changes bounded, and leave enough evidence for the next decision.

This approach comes from production operations thinking applied at small-business scale: protect first, make deliberate changes, verify the public result, and leave a trail another human can follow.

Working principles

The rules behind the services.

These are not slogans added after the work. They determine when a change proceeds, when it stops, and what the handoff must explain.

02

Keep scope visible

A clear service has an outcome, a boundary, and a stopping point. Additional work is quoted before it begins.

03

Use minimum access

Credentials are not requested in the first message, and later access should be limited to what the agreed task requires.

04

Verify the result

A change is not complete because files moved. The intended public result and customer path need practical checks.

05

State uncertainty

Observed facts, reasonable concerns, and unknowns are not blurred together to create urgency.

06

Leave a trail

Handoff notes explain what changed, what was checked, what remains, and how another human can continue.

Evidence over adjectives

A controlled release should be inspectable.

The public Avatar Palace case study records a generalized production release in concrete terms: 21 files promoted, 21 of 21 public files byte-matched, a complete rollback preserved, and the browser smoke check passed.

Operational details remain private, but the verification model is visible.

A straightforward first step

Start with the website address.

Share what feels fragile and the result you want. You can begin entirely by email; a call is not required and passwords do not belong in the first message.
