- Preserve the available website files and settings before agreed recovery changes.
- Carry out one agreed recovery plan, such as restoring a usable backup or undoing a failed update.
- Check the restored pages and the agreed steps for contacting you or buying.
- Explain what was recovered, what remains unresolved and how to reduce the chance of the same problem returning.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Starting prices cover the work described here. Any taxes, subscriptions or other company’s fees are confirmed before payment. Extra work needs your agreement.

Send a message first. I’ll confirm when I can help, the access needed, what can be attempted and the price before you commit.
What if it is just an address or security-warning problem?
A smaller existing service may fit: Domain & HTTPS Cleanup is $225 CAD for up to 2 agreed corrections; Backup & Recovery Setup is $350 CAD for one agreed recovery setup. Rescue is for a separately agreed recovery job.
Can you get into an account I no longer control?
I can help identify the provider and the recovery steps. You must establish ownership with the provider. Access recovery is not guaranteed.
What if the site has been hacked?
Contact your hosting company promptly and mention the suspected hacking in your message. Emergency cleanup and a specialist security investigation are outside this service. I’ll explain if you need specialist help.
