Plain-language privacy note

How this website, online enquiries and business correspondence handle your information. Share only the details needed for your request.

The website itself
The website uses optional Google Analytics 4 visit statistics, described below. Analytics stays off unless you choose “Allow analytics”. The website does not ask you to create an account. The online enquiry form connects to a separate service that records enquiries and sends a notification to the business inbox.
Hosting and network providers may still create routine access, performance, error, or security logs when a website is requested. These operational records are separate from the enquiry records described below.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure page views, visits and general device and referral information. Google processes this information to provide Andreacchi Digital with website reports. This can involve processing outside Canada. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
The analytics tag loads only after permission. Choosing “No thanks” leaves analytics off. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, and you can change it using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days and may be renewed during later visits. Declining removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Blocking browser storage may mean you are asked again on another page.
Enquiry names, email addresses, website addresses and message fields are not included in analytics. Page addresses sent by this setup exclude query strings and fragments; referring addresses are reduced to their website origin. Automatic form, site-search, outbound-link and download tracking is disabled. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the tag. The backup app pages do not load this analytics tag.
On September 14, 2026, we set Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention to two months, without extending the user-data retention period when someone returns. Google applies setting changes after 24 hours and removes expired data through its monthly deletion process. Standard aggregate reports can remain available for longer. These settings are separate from the lifetime of cookies in your browser. Changing your analytics choice stops future collection but does not erase information already sent to Google or copies of reports.
We use Supermetrics to retrieve aggregate Google Analytics reports, such as visit totals, popular pages and referral sources. Reports may also be provided to ChatGPT (OpenAI) to help interpret these statistics. These reporting services may process information outside Canada. Supermetrics temporarily stores connector results and retains the access credentials needed to retrieve reports; its cache expiry varies by service. Google Analytics retention settings do not automatically delete copies held by reporting services. See Supermetrics data handling, its processing terms, and OpenAI's privacy policy. Contact us using the privacy contact below for questions or requests concerning your information.
Online enquiries
The contact form and Health Check and Reset enquiry form collect your email address, selected service and message. The contact form also lets you add timing and a preferred result. A website address is required for Health Check and Reset enquiries; it is optional for other initial enquiries. Your name is optional on the dedicated Health Check and Reset form. We use these details to assess your request, reply by email and agree next steps. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, book work or take payment.
Your typed details stay in the page until you choose “Send enquiry”. The form does not save them to browser local storage. Once submitted, the enquiry is recorded on Andreacchi Digital’s server and an email notification is sent to info@andreacchi.digital through Namecheap Private Email. Hosting and email providers process the information to deliver these services. Service providers may process information outside Canada.
A receipt reference means the enquiry was recorded. It does not mean the notification has reached an inbox or been read. Failed notifications are retried and monitored.
Enquiry storage and backups
The application schedules enquiry content for removal after 30 days. Minimal receipt references and keyed duplicate-check information are scheduled for removal after 60 days. Cleanup depends on the service running. The application uses keyed identifiers for abuse controls rather than storing raw IP addresses in its enquiry database; hosting and security logs are separate.
Daily enquiry backups are encrypted before upload to Google Drive. Those archives are scheduled to expire after 30 days, following a successful verified backup. If backups fail, expiry can be delayed. A record removed from the application can remain in an earlier backup until that archive expires. These backups are used for recovery; deleting a live record does not instantly delete its email or backup copies.
Email-draft contact option
The contact page also offers an email backup. Choosing “Prepare an email instead” creates a draft on your device and does not submit it to the enquiry database. Review the draft and press Send in your email app, or copy it into an email yourself. Using this backup after an uncertain online submission may result in both a recorded enquiry and a separate email; include any receipt reference you already have.
Please leave out passwords, recovery codes, private keys, payment-card information and sensitive customer data. Access arrangements are agreed separately if needed.
Email correspondence
If you email Andreacchi Digital, your message is handled by the email services used by you and Andreacchi Digital. Mailbox copies are separate from the application’s 30-day cleanup. Correspondence is kept as needed to reply, provide requested work, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes or protect systems. It is reviewed and removed when no longer needed for those purposes, subject to legal obligations. Avoid sending information that is not necessary for the request.
Stripe checkout and payment records
If you choose a paid service, the checkout page is hosted and processed by Stripe. Stripe collects the payment and contact information needed to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, provide receipts, and meet legal obligations. Andreacchi Digital receives transaction details and customer information made available through Stripe, but does not receive your full payment-card number.
Stripe’s handling of information is governed by its own privacy practices. You can review the Stripe Privacy Policy before paying.
Service access and project information
If a project needs non-public access, the required scope and a safer handoff method should be agreed after the initial contact. Access should be limited to what the approved task needs. Project evidence and handoff notes should avoid storing credentials.
Your questions
To ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion, contact Josef at info@andreacchi.digital. Include the enquiry reference if available. We may need to verify your identity and identify the records involved. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal or contractual reasons and how backup expiry affects removal.
